Your in-home display (IHD) and meter will prompt you on their screen to let you know Emergency Credit is available.
To activate Emergency Credit on your Chameleon IHD3:
1. Press the lightning bolt/flame to select the fuel you’d like to activate Emergency Credit for.
2. Press ‘OK’ to go to the menu.
3. ‘Select emergency credit’ should display on the screen – press ‘OK’.
4. Press ‘OK’ again to activate Emergency Credit. You should see ‘Emergency credit selected’ appear.
To activate Emergency Credit on your Chameleon IHD6 or IHD7:
1. Press ‘MENU’.
2. Select ‘E-CREDIT’.
3. Select a fuel – electricity, gas or both
4. Press ‘OK’ to complete.
To activate Emergency Credit on your GEO Trio / Trio II IHD:
1. Press the Home Button.
2. Select ‘Prepay’ by pressing the circle button.
3. Select ‘Emergency credit’ by pressing the right arrow until the option is selected, then press the circle button.
4. Using the arrow buttons, select the fuel you’d like to activate Emergency Credit for, then press the circle button.
5. You will be prompted to confirm you wish to activate your Emergency Credit. Press the right arrow button to select ‘Yes’, then press the circle button to confirm.
6. Press the circle button, then the home button, to go back to the home screen.
