If we need to change our prices, we’ll update the tariff on your prepayment meter remotely. Whether the price is increasing or decreasing, we’ll always notify you in writing before the change takes effect.
The new prices will come into effect at midnight on the date the change is made. You will be informed of any adjustments, giving you time to prepare for the update.
Please note, you will be charged the new rates from the date they become applicable, even if you have remaining credit on your meter. Your meter will begin charging the new rates from the effective date of the new prices.
