While “Outfox the Market” helped define us as an alternative choice for customers, today we’re so much more. From smart tariffs and sustainability to award winning customer service. We remain the home of the cheapest prices in the market and it’s the right time to give our loyal customers the brand to match.
This change brings a fresh visual identity — featuring our new Outfox Purple, clean typography, bold compositions, and vibrant, inclusive imagery — all designed to be as clear and powerful as our energy promise.

A: No. Everything will continue as usual. Your account details remain the same.

A: No changes to your tariff. The rebrand does not affect your current plan.
