You can easily find your consumption statement and tariff information by logging into your online account via our customer portal. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view detailed information about your energy usage, including how much energy you’ve consumed and the tariff you’re currently on.
We’ll issue you a statement once per year to show you how much energy you’ve used, the rates we’ve charged it at, and how much credit you’ve topped up.
