Get our PAYG app on Google Play (Android device users) - Phone — call us free of charge on 0800 092 7454 and press option 1 to top up through our automated service (available 24/7)
- In a shop — take your card to any PayPoint outlet and pay by cash or card. Find your nearest at consumer.paypoint.com
The minimum top-up is £1 and the maximum is £149. Your meter usually updates within seconds.
If your top-up doesn't show within 1 hour of you adding it, call us free of charge on 0800 092 7454 and our specialist team will support you.
