Your PAN ID (Prepayment Account Number) is a unique 19-digit number linked to your prepayment meter. You'll need it when topping up through the app, over the phone, or at a PayPoint.
A card displaying your PAN ID will be issued to you in the post when you’ve signed up with us - so you should be ready to top up as your supply joins us.
If you’re in the process of joining us, look out for a letter titled ‘Your new Pay As You Go Top Up Card’.
